The 14th season of the Indian Premier league is likely to start from the middle of April this year. It was noticed that all the eight teams that have bought players according to their need in the mini-auction held in February have spent a lot of money on the bowlers in particular. Morris had captured 11 wickets with a superb economy rate of 6.63 in the IPL 2020. He was the third most successful economical pacer last season.

Kyle Jamieson 4.46 Lakh/ball

Jamieson has claimed 55 wickets so far in 40 T20Is. He also is a big-hitter in the shortest format of the game.

Jhye Richardson who was the highest wicket-taker in the Australian Big Bash League last year has been one of them. Gowtham’s every ball will cost Rs 2.75 Lakh in the IPL 2021. The CSK spinner will be playing a crucial role, especially in the middle-overs as Chepauk Stadium has generally been favorable to the spinners. Gowtham has already claimed 41 wickets from 62 matches and scored 594 runs. So, he might be a useful batsman also in the lower order.

Each delivery of Meredith who has already been hailed by several former Australian cricketers is going to cost Rs 2.38 Lakh to the Punjab franchise.
