Rahul upset with the defeat but praises Dhawan
Punjab Kings captain K.L. Rahul, on his 29th birthday on Sunday had to concede a 6-wicket defeat against Delhi Capitals. He was naturally upset with the defeat but at the same time, he gave credit to Shikhar Dhawan’s brilliant 92 that steered Delhi to the victory. Rahul has said, “The victory would have been sweet on my birthday but Shikhar batted well. He deserves the congratulation.”
