After two humiliating defeats in the ongoing Twenty20 World Cup, first against Pakistan in their opening game and then against New Zealand in an all-important match, India's chances of ensuring a spot in the semi-final has received a big blow. Now, India's chances to reach the semifinal depend on their victories on big margins in the remaining matches and on whether Afghanistan can upset New Zealand in their remaining match. Indian batsmen failed to play Kiwi leg-spinner Ish Sodhi and Sachin Tendulkar in his explanation on India's defeat against New Zealand has written on his official Facebook page, "I have noticed that the leg-spinners who are mixing their deliveries with googlies, top-spins, flippers, and normal leg-spin have been successful against Indian batsmen in recent times. I feel Indian batsmen have to improve in this zone."
