Early signs

Gurkeerat Singh Mann, the 30-year-old all-rounder represents Punjab in domestic cricket and plays for North Zone in the Duleep Trophy and Deodhar Trophy. He made his first-class debut in the Ranji Trophy match against Hyderabad in 2012. Although he was not impressive in his maiden appearance, scoring only 18 runs off 32 deliveries, Gurkeerat Singh Mann caught the eyes of selectors when he was one of the regular members of the under-22 Punjab team that won the C.K Naidu Trophy. At the senior level, he came up with some prominence after two years in 2014, displaying an unbeaten 73 to guide his side towards victory while chasing 205 on the fourth day. He scored his second century in first-class against Karnataka. His 201 has also been his highest score in first-class cricket. He has scored 3355 runs in 56 first-class matches at an average of 43.01 including seven centuries and 20 fifties. He also has scalped 53 wickets including his best figure in a match of 9 for 52. Gurkeerat Singh Mann made his debut in List ‘A’ cricket also in 2012 against Haryana. He has scored 2895 runs in 85 matches at an average of 45.95 where his best score has been 108. He has scored three centuries and 23 fifties and also captured 32 wickets.

ODI Career

Gurkeerat Mann Singh made his debut in the 3rd One-Day International match against Australia in 2016. Gurkeerat however failed to prosper, being out for only 7 runs and was expensive, giving away 27 runs in 3 overs, being wicket-less. He has played in 3 ODIs and scored 13 runs.

In 2012 IPL, he was selected by the KXIP - Punjab where he made his debut against RR - Rajasthan on 5th May 2012. He was also a part of DC - Delhi for the 2018 IPL. Ahead of 2019 IPL, he was bought by the RCB - Bangalore for INR 50 lakhs. He has played 41 IPL matches in which he has scored 511 runs at a strike rate of 121.09.

T20 Career

Gurkeerat Singh Mann made his debut in Twenty20 format in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy match against Haryana in 2011. But he did not get the opportunity to bat and ball. He has claimed 1829 runs in 113 matches including his highest score of unbeaten 93 and bagged 7 wickets.
