Manan Vohra overview
Manan Vohra is an Indian cricketer. He was born on 18th July 1993 Chandigarh. He is a right-hand batsman and generally opens the innings. He also can bowl medium pace. Manan is the grandson of India's former hockey player Y.P Singh who is presently general secretary of Chandigarh Hockey Association.
Manan's inspiration has been his grandfather since his young age. But initially, it was difficult for the cricketer to choose the game between cricket and hockey as Manan was also fond of watching and playing hockey like his grandfather. But finally, he decided to take up cricket. Being a die-hard fan of Sachin Tendulkar, the 27-year old batsman has been trained by Harminder Singh at the junior level and now Yograj Singh, the father of former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, has been training Manan for the last couple of years.
