Sherfane Rutherford overview

Sherfane Rutherford is a Guyanese cricketer who was born on 15th August 1998. The 22-yer old cricketer is a left-hand batsman and a right-arm fast-medium bowler.

Sherfane Rutherford was involved in a controversy last year during his stint with Karachi Kings in Pakistan Super League (PSL) where he was seen wearing Mumbai Indians gloves while batting. He was trolled heavily on social media. One of the interesting parts of his story is that Sherfane had lifted trophies of two leading franchise Leagues, PSL and the Indian Premier League within only seven days' gap last year. Sherfane was one of the members of the 2020 IPL winning team Mumbai Indians last year although he did not play a single match for MI and after having won IPL with MI, the West Indian cricketer joined Karachi Kings that won the PSL last year.
