Reeza Hendricks overview
Reeza Hendricks was born on 14th August in Kimberley, Cape Province. He is a south-African cricketer who plays for the Highveld Lions and since 2017-18 he has been playing for the South African cricket Team.
Reeza made his Twenty20 International debut for South Africa against Australia on 5 November 2014. He was also picked by the Griqualand West cricket team squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. After that, He was named in Pretoria Mavericks' squad for the first season of the T20 Global League in August 2017. However, in October 2017, Cricket South Africa initially postponed the tournament until November 2018, but the competition got cancelled soon after.
He was named in the national squad for a series against Sri Lanka in June 2018, he finally made his ODI debut in August 2018 against Sri Lanka. He scored a century in that match and became third South African and fourteenth overall to score a century on ODI debut, also it was the fastest hundred for a debutant coming off just 88 balls. Reeza was adjudged the Man of the Match for this performance.

Early signs
Reeza Hendricks scored his first T20 century against the Dolphins in November 2017, he was playing for the Highveld Lions. He finished the tournament as the top-scorer with 361 runs from eight matches. Hendricks became the first player to score a century in all three franchise competitions in South Africa in the same season, after scoring a List A century in the final round of the 2017–18 Momentum One Day Cup in January 2018. He was named in the Lions squad again in June 2018 for the 2018-19 season, then in October 2018 he was named in the Jozi Stars team to play in the first edition of the Mzansi Super League. Hendricks scored 410 runs that season. This performance also earned him a place in the national team.
ODI Career
Hendrick made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka at the Pallekele International Stadium on 5th August 2018. So far, he has played 21 matches and has scored 507 runs at an average of 26.68. He has a hundred and 2 fifties to his name and his highest score stands at 102. Hendricks has also tried a bit of bowling and has an international wicket in his kitty.
