Ravindra Jadeja took five wickets in 1st Test Match
A very dynamic and incredible player from India named Ravindra Jadeja took in a total of five wickets against the Australian team in the first test match. This is quite a big wicket score for a bowler in any of the formats of cricket. Ravindra Jadeja is one of the finest bowlers and he is very good at batting as well as fielding in the Indian team.
He is an all-rounder and he is basically a spinner. Today that is on 9th February the first test match took place against the Australian Team and Jadeja took five wickets by giving just forty-seven runs to the opponent team.
Another bowler named Ravichandran Ashwin also took three wickets against the team. He is also one of the finest bowlers we currently have in the Indian team. The Indian team lost its first wicket when it had a total score of 77 runs against the Australian team. The match took place on the pitch of Nagpur.
Rohit Sharma hit three boundaries in the first over which was bowled by Pat Cummins and made a total of fifty-six runs. Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul had made a total of seventy-six runs of which twenty runs were made by Rahul who was Rohit Sharma’s opening partner.
Ravindra Jadeja took very important wickets like Marnus Labuschagne at his forty-ninth run and Steve Smith at his thirty-seventh run. Then the third wicket was taken in the 82 runs after both openers David Warner and the second opener Usman Khawaja got out.
The wicketkeeper whose name is Alex Carey who is also a great batsman scored thirty-six against the Indian team and another batsman named Peter Handscomb scored thirty-one runs. Both batsmen made up a partnership of around fifty-three runs before Indian bowler Ravichandran Ashwin took the wicket of Alex Carey.
Both the player Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin boosted up the whole Indian team and they were the star bowlers of the test match against the Australian team.
Ravindra Jadeja was born on 6th December 1988. His full name is Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja. He is a left-handed batsman, a great bowler, and a dynamic fielder. He has shown his very excellent skills as a batsman, bowler and yes as a fielder too. He is also the former captain of the CSK (Chennai Super Kings) team in the IPL (Indian Premier League).
He is from Gujarat, one of the most beautiful states in India. He is also recognized by the name Jaddu, Sir Jadeja as well as by the name “Rock star” by his fans. He made his debut at the Test matches on 13th December 2012 which was played against the England team and the last test was played today on 9th February 2023 which was played against the Australian team.
