BCCI plans to request Cricket South Africa to postpone series

The Board of Control for Cricket in Indian (BCCI) is planning to request Cricket South Africa to postpone the forthcoming series between India and South Africa by a week. Indian cricket will reportedly contact Cricket South Africa soon and discuss an appropriate alternative schedule for the series that is being planned under strict bio-bubble. India and South Africa were initially scheduled to take part in three Tests, three One Day Internationals, and four Twenty20 Internationals. But now in a different situation, possibilities of two-Test series instead of three-Test are there. A senior BCCI executive told on condition of anonymity, "We might request CSA to postpone the series by a week and will declare the schedule finally."
