Australia v/s West Indies T20I series in October postponed
As we all know that Covid is still showing its real face and the cases are increasing with time. There are various points that are coming up with the matches in the sports fraternity.
Moreover, Cricket Australia on Tuesday confirmed the postponement of the men’s T20I series which was supposed to be played with West Indies. It was supposed to have been played in the month of October.
The matches were mainly scheduled to be played at Townswille, Cairns and Gold Coast. But the tournament was and is again going to be postponed due to Coronavirus.
The CA also said in an official statement that “"In light of this development, and given the preference to host the warm-up three-match T20 series against the West Indies to coincide with the rescheduled T20 World Cup in Australia (which will take place in either 2021 or 2022), it has been agreed to postpone the matches,"
