Australian cricketers stand by Paine despite being shocked
Australian batter Marcus Harris revealed that the even though team's cricketers have been extremely shocked by Tim Paine's Text message scandal they are fully behind him and want him to continue as the team's wicket-keeper for the forthcoming Ashes series. Opening batter Harris disclosed that the players were aware half an hour before Pain went public last Friday to reveal he was being investigated over lewd text messages, sent to a female Cricket Tasmania staffer four years ago. Harris commented, "The people were obviously a bit shocked but we have got a lot of good leaders around our group. So, it is not ideal but someone is going to step up and lead from the front."
