Babar Azam: ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year 2022
Captain of Pakistan Babar Azam has been honoured as the ICC Men’s Cricketer of the year 2022 on Thursday, January 26, 2023. He has been claimed for this award for the second year consecutively. He has achieved the ‘Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy’ after the announcement that he is the Cricketer of the Year 2022 in ICC.
This year he broke his records and never fails to impress with his performance. He is one of the most consistent and incredible players from Pakistan. He has set many records including a huge score of 2598 runs with an average of 54.12.
In the whole calendar year, across all the formats of cricket, Babar Azam was the one and only player who achieved the 2000 runs mark. He is undoubtedly the most explosive and incredible cricketer who is at his peak in his career right now.
