England vs Australia: Test captain Joe Root has been left out of T20 squad
England Test captain Joe Root has not been included in the Twenty20 squad for the three-match series against Australia.
Root has been picked in the one-day squad with teammate Chris Woakes while Jos Buttler, Jofra Archer, Sam Curran and Mark Wood have been included in both squads.
The three-match Twenty20 series takes off on Friday with three one-day internationals to be played
from 11 September.
