Ganguly remembers some funny moments with Rahul Dravid
BCCI president Sourav Ganguly remembered a comical phone he received from Rahul Dravid's son before his former Tea India teammate's appointment as the chief coach of the current Indian team. Ganguly joked, admitting that it was the reason behind Dravid's appointment. Ganguly jokingly commented at 40th Sharjah International Book Fair, "His son told me over the phone that his father was being too strict with him and needed to be taken away. Then I called Rahul and told him that it was time for him to join the national team." Under Rahul Dravid's coaching and Rohit Sharma's captaincy, India will start their campaign against New Zealand at Jaipur from 17th November in the first Twenty20 International match of the three-match series.
