Gough to isolate after Bio-Bubble breach
England umpire Michael Gough has been sent to isolation for six days after he breached protocol in the ongoing Twenty20 World Cup. The nature of Gough's violation is not yet known but the umpires along with players and even broadcasters have been under strict bio-bubbles in the United Aram Emirates amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. According to an ICC spokesman Gough had breached event bio-security protocols. Gough is aged 41 and has been included in the ICC elite panel umpires.
