Hardik Pandya in the recovery process bowls at the nets
Hardik Pandya whose inclusion the first eleven against India's humiliating 10-wicket defeat in the opening group league match against Pakistan in the ongoing Twenty20 World Cup, was finally seen bowling at the nets on Wednesday. He also underwent rigorous fitness drilling sessions under strength and conditioning coach, Sohum Desai and physiotherapist Nitin Patel. His recovery has raised hope of bringing him back into the first eleven against New Zealand in India's second group league match on 31st October. Pandya last rolled over his arms in the Sri Lanka series in July. The all-rounder also had injured his shoulder while batting against Pakistan.
