Indian Doctor surprised at Rizwan's recovery
An Indian doctor who helped hospitalized Pakistan's opening batter Mohammad Rizwan to be back on his feet on the day before Pakistan's semifinal match against Australia has expressed surprise at Rizwan's quick recovery and appreciated the batter's mental strength and indomitable spirit. Rizwan was struggling with a severe chest infection and was admitted to I.C.U. The Indian doctor who is a specialist Pulmonologist is Shaheer Sainalabdeen who treated Rizwan and commented later that Rizwan despite being admitted to I.C.U had made him requests saying he wants to play and wanted to be with the team. The opener struck 67 off 52 deliveries although his team lost to Australia by five wickets.
