IPL challenging practice for India, Australia players ahead of duel
Former captain Ian Chappell feels playing cricket during the Covid-19 times is a lot different from anything experienced in the past, but also added that the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) can provide some "challenging" practice to the Indian and Australian players ahead of their much-anticipated battle later this year.
The Indian team will fly directly to Australia after the IPL concludes on November 10 for a high-profile tour, which is likely to begin with a T20I series, followed by four Tests and ODIs. The IPL begins in Abu Dhabi on September 19.
