Kapil Dev says about the gap between IPL and World Cup
Former Indian captain and legendary medium-pacer Kapil Dev feels there should have been some time gap between the second leg of the IPL and T20 World Cup so that the players could deliver their best and with enjoyment in the World Cup. However, the 1983-World Cup-winning captain mentioned that the BCCI should look towards the future and plan accordingly. It has been the first time since 2012 India made an early exit from an ICC competition and Kapil Dev opined that everyone should take ownership of the defeat.
