Rohit remembers his debut under coach Rahul Dravid
On the eve of the first T20I against New Zealand, starting on Wednesday Team India's new captain Rohit Sharma shared his part of the story during the media conference sitting beside new coach Rahul Dravid. Rohit said he made his debut for India in 2007 against South Africa in Ireland. He quoted, "I had the opportunity to interact with him for the first time at the camp in Bangalore. I was 20 years old only and I also was a bit nervous and never used to talk so much. But before the first game in Ireland, he came and told me you will be playing this game. It became a dream moment for me. I was on the moon that felt like a dream to be part of the dressing room."
