Wasim Akram's one of the dreams fulfilled
Legendary former Pakistani fast bowler Wasim Akram had one significant dream that he could not fulfill during his glorious cricketing career. That was a convincing victory against India in a World Cup match. Akram finally witnessed it on Sunday where Pakistan trounced India by 10 wickets. Akram has said, "In my lifetime I wanted to see that and it was truly a convincing victory." But at the same time, Akram, one of the greatest fast bowlers, sent a bit of advice that the players should not be complacent with one great victory. Commenting on their performance, Akram said, "They performed clinically and skillfully. Everything worked for them."
