CSK vs SRH Head to Head Match Prediction IPL 2021
CSK V/S SRH ( Match 23 ) Pre-Match Analysis (Today’s Match Prediction ) VIVO IPL 2021: Captain, Vice-captain, Fantasy gaming Tips, Probable Playing XIs for Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad T20 Match at the Feroz Shah Kotla 7:30 PM IST Wednesday, April 28th, 2021
Head-to-Head
Its midweek already and its time for match number 23! The big surprise is that we are moving on to a new venue this time, Yes! We are going have the 23rd game of the league at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi where the Chennai Super Kings are going to take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad under the lights! Both teams are at the exact opposite ends of the table. On one hand, after winning 4 out of their 5 matches, the Chennai Super Kings are finally at the top of the table, a spot they have missed so dearly since a couple of years now. On the other hand, Sunrisers Hyderabad have managed to win just the 1 match out of their 5 matches and the memory of that one win has sourly faded from their minds after so many back-to-back losses.

In spite of having some really good players in their side, they somehow have lost the whole plot. With every match their problems are getting bigger, if they do not pull some strings right away, the contention for playoffs might slip away from their hands and that will not be a pleasant scenario to be in at all. Chennai on the other hand, will be happy the way things have turned out for them at this point because they went through some bad hiccups this season and would not want to be in the same position as last season.

Match Prediction
This is the first time in a couple of years since an IPL match has been played here, maybe more than that. Feroz shah Kotla is termed as a smaller ground than the others and it is easier hit balls out of the park on this ground. However, spinners usually have a great time bowling here because the pitch is a bit slow and provides a bit of turn which could be a good thing for both teams coming into this match.
Batting
CSK:
At this point CSK won’t be worried much about their batting department. Faf du Plessis is performing exceedingly well. They have players like Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moeen Ali to back them up and the have the fearless Suresh Raina who is taking on the bowlers in every match. Dhoni played a helping hand in the last few matches, but now he will have to come around for his team smash some big runs. His presence in the batting order very much needed, adds a lot of experience. They also have a certain Ravindra Jadeja who can smash the ball out of the park in the death overs.

SRH:
Their batting order is dependent on three people - Jonny Bairstow, Kane Williamson, and captain David Warner. This is a loaded side when it comes to batting. There are players like Jason Roy and Kane Williamson who can turn out to be big scorers in the match. Kane Williamson must cement his place in the team before it gets too late. Then they have players like Abdul Samad, Priyam Garg and Vijay Shankar to handle the middle order. Wriddhiman s]Saha is another good option they will be counting on; he hasn’t scored much in a while so there will be a lot of pressure on him.

Bowling:
CSK:
They have a lot of players in their arsenal who did amazing things in the previous match, taking good number of wickets under their belt for the CSK in the tournament. The combination of Shardul Thakur and Deepak Chahar is looking good with newfound confidence in the CSK camp and will get a bit of help from fellow spinner Imran Tahir. Deepak Chahar has shown a lot of promise since the last season of the league and he will be matching steps with either Imran Tahir or Lungi Ngidi, both are looking in a decent touch this season.

SRH:
The benefit of having India pace bowler Bhuvneshwar adds a lot to their bowling attack. The right-arm pace bowler has worked hard but has not found the kind of touch he is usually in. Apart from Bhuvi, the SRH has the likes of Rashid Khan, Jason Holder and T Natarajan. Rashid Khan has been one of the world’s best T20 players recently and is an asset for his team while young Natarajan is a sensational bowling talent which everybody has already witnessed in the last season. The SRH pace attack as well as spin attack may become a challenge for the Chennai Super Kings.
